The mission of the Youth Club of the PtHA of NYS is simple...to make showing Pintos a life-long passion for our youngest members as well as the older youth members. We hope that showing the the PtHA of NYS will give the kids lasting memories of fun, achievement and friendship.
Membership into the Youth club is for individuals 18 years of age and younger as of January 1, 2017. In addition to the year-end award qualifications required by the mother club, there are a few things each Youth member must do in order to qualify for year-end awards. A youth member must attend at least two meetings and participate in one monetary fundraiser and one qualifying fundraiser. The monetary fundraiser would include, can/bottle drive, donation to the Youth sponsored hospitality booth, or donation to a Youth sponsored raffle (ie:muck tub) in the amount of no less than $25.00. A qualifying fundraiser would include selling raffle tickets for the mother or youth club, helping set up or take down trail, or selling fundraiser items (ie:Sav-a-lot books). Of course, the Youth must be a member of the Youth Club and the Mother club either as a Junior member or as a family member. There will be numerous opportunities for meetings and fundraisers through the 2017 show season. All of the necessary obligation must be fulfilled by October 15, 2017.
